We are currently dealing with a server issue that may be hack related our team is working on it now so please be patient.
We will update everyone as soon as we can get back online. During this time do not try to pay any invoices.
We understand users frustrations but iptv is different from cable and the more people leave cable and come to iptv the more the service have to upgrade. There is never a good time for things to break but that is the nature of IPTV. You have to except the good with the bad, we want the cheap price but we hate when things occur. IPTV has always been like this and will continue to be like this.
We try to email everyone from our mobile app, put maintenance on our websites but we can not email everyone and when everyone keep emailing us Gmail blocks our email for too many emails sent in a 24 hour period so we have to be very careful on sending out emails.

Update: One local server from our host provider and the service showing offline to protect other system harm. This has been happening in IPTV the last 5 times and the power to be will continue to hack our service. The hard part is replacing what is broken is going to total around $8-$10k including parts, labor and around the clock tech time.
New Update: Our server company has been hacked and we can't sign into our content. Some users on one server is running fine. The affected server is shut down. We did find out the over 300 users has never upgraded their app from version 4.0, 5.0. 6.0 and up to 7.0(2002), In the future we will have to start disabling accounts until they upgrade their app because this is hurting other users.
Below is the message from our server host:
The Hostwinds Client Area is temporarily unavailable. For more information, please visit https://status.hostwinds.com/

Overview: We recently identified unauthorized access to the system that runs the Hostwinds client area and billing. We proactively took the client area offline as a precaution and have been working on maintaining service while we're investigating. We are working with an independent forensic and cybersecurity firm and the appropriate law enforcement agencies have been notified.
Service status: Customer servers and websites remain online. As a precaution, we have disabled access to potentially impacted services while we continue to investigate. Because of this, you may not be able to sign in to your server for now, and the client area remains offline. We're working to restore your access. If you need access to your server before then, email our team at [email protected]. We appreciate your patience.
What you should do now: As a precaution we advise you to keep a current backup outside your Hostwinds server; if you manage your own server, change root and administrator passwords and replace SSH keys directly on the server; check for users or keys you don't recognize; and change any password you've shared with us in a support ticket.
Watch for fake messages: Our incident emails come from [email protected] but sender addresses can be faked, so we'll never ask for your password, SSH keys or full card number by email, chat or phone.
Further updates: We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
